Best for patients who want to understand their imaging before a doctor’s appointment or want a second set of eyes on their films. Turnaround: 2-3 business days. Delivered as a formatted PDF.
Telehealth Consultation — $295 A 30-minute video consultation where we discuss your symptoms, review your imaging together, and talk through your diagnosis and treatment options. Includes pre-visit imaging review and a written summary of our discussion and recommendations. Best for patients who want a conversation with a spine specialist, to ask questions, and to get personalized guidance. Delivered as a formatted PDF.
Comprehensive Review — $450 A 45-minute video consultation with detailed review of your complete medical records, prior treatment history, and imaging. You receive a thorough written report summarizing your condition, what has been tried, what options remain, and specific recommendations for next steps. Best for patients with complex or long-standing spine problems, those who have seen multiple providers, or anyone preparing for a major treatment decision like surgery. Delivered as a formatted PDF.
Follow-Up Support — $75 A 15-minute follow-up call or email exchange within 30 days of your consultation. Use this to ask additional questions, discuss how treatment is progressing, or clarify recommendations after you have seen other providers. Available with any consultation tier.
